CHIDANAND SANJAY JAVALAGI, born on 8 May 2012 at Rabakavi (Tq), Banahatti, Bagalkot District, Karnataka, India, has emerged as a record-setter in the Intellectual Category, displaying remarkable scientific aptitude at a young age. He is an 8th Standard student of *Sri Sadguru Sharana Basaveshwara English Medium School (CBSE), Halingali, and distinguished himself by successfully participating in a World Record Telescope-Making Workshop, where he skillfully designed and assembled a telescope alongside 160 young innovators, reflecting his curiosity, precision, and scientific insight.For this outstanding accomplishment, he was conferred with a Gold Medal by H.E. Shri Thawar Chand Gehlot, Honorable Governor of Karnataka. The workshop was held from 01 to 09 October 2025 at Doddaballapur, Bengaluru, through the collaboration of the Government of Karnataka and the Karnataka State Scientific Research Council.
